Professor Aneela Altaf graduated as the best graduate from KM&DC in 1998, earning six gold medals. She became a Fellow of the CPSP and received a fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians, Edinburgh. She was awarded a full scholarship for her MSc in Critical Care Medicine from the University of Edinburgh. Joining KM&DC in 2007, she is now a Professor of Medicine, Unit Head of MU-2, and In-charge of the MICU. Additionally, she is the Editor of the institution’s research journal, Secretary of the IRB, and Secretary of the Academic Council at KM&DC. She holds the distinction of being one of the key authors of human clinical validation trial of Pakistan’s First manufacture ventilator.
