The Dental Demonstrator is responsible for educating and engaging students in dental procedures and practices, with a focus on developing hands-on skills and fostering a comprehensive understanding of the oral cavity. The role involves creating an interactive learning environment that promotes inquiry, collaboration, and a strong foundation in the basic knowledge of oral tissues. Key duties include assisting in the delivery of lectures for Second Professional BDS students, conducting practical lab sessions such as histology journalism, graph plotting, and wax carving, and organizing OSPEs for mid-term, pre-professional, and professional examinations. The Dental Demonstrator also oversees student presentations, evaluates assignments, and provides support to the Head of Department in all academic and administrative matters related to the department.
