  • Assist the Registrar in managing academic and administrative functions.
  • Coordinate meetings of Syndicate, Senate, Academic Council, and other bodies.
  • Supervise establishment matters, service records, and notifications.
  • Liaise with HEC, government departments, and other institutions

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Administrative Sciences, Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline from HEC-recognized institution.

Experience:

At least 5 years of administrative experience, including 3 years in a responsible or supervisory position in a university, government, or autonomous organization.

Proficiency in office management, communication,

and computer applications (MS Office) is required.
