Qualifications:

Manage and oversee all procurement activities of the university in compliance with SPPRA rules and institutional policies.
Prepare tenders, bidding documents, evaluations, and purchase orders.
Ensure transparent, competitive, and cost-effective purchasing of goods, works, and services.
Maintain and update vendor databases, contract records, and procurement documentation.
Coordinate with departments, finance, and audit sections for smooth procurement operations.
Monitor inventory levels, supplier performance, and contract execution.
Prepare periodic procurement reports and assist in audit compliance.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related discipline from HEC-recognized institution.
Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or materials management, including 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role in a university, government, or autonomous organization. Thorough knowledge of PPRA rules and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

- In-depth knowledge of public procurement laws, rules, and procedures.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/procurement software, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and report-writing abilities.
- High standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage
multiple procurement activities efficiently.
