❖ Design, develop, and maintain the university website and digital platforms.
❖ Create visual content, layouts, and interfaces aligned with the university’s branding.
❖ Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and security of web applications.
❖ Collaborate with IT, media, and communication teams for online publications and campaigns.
❖ Maintain multimedia resources (photos, videos, graphics) for institutional use.
❖ Implement UI/UX best practices for improved user experience. ❖ Troubleshoot and update web systems, plugins, and databases needed.
❖ Support the digital transformation and online visibility initiatives of the university.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Media Science or Graphic Design from HEC-recognized institution.
Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in web design, development, and multimedia
production, including 3 years in a responsible or supervisory position.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, CMS platforms, and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is required.
Competencies Required: ❖ Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress )
❖ Strong command of graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva).
❖ Good understanding of UI/UX principles and SEO techniques.
❖ Excellent problem-solving, creativity, and time management skills.
❖ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
❖ Attention to detail, innovation, and commitment to high-quality digital content
