Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management:
    • Oversee the Vice Chancellor’s office, including scheduling, correspondence, and official communications.
  • Documentation:
    • Draft letters, reports, and meeting minutes; ensure timely follow-up on decisions made.
  • Coordination:
    • Liaise with university departments, government bodies, and external agencies to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Confidentiality:
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high professional standards.
  • Staff Supervision:
    • Supervise staff in the Vice Chancellor’s office to ensure smooth administrative operations.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background:
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, English, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience

  • Professional Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience.
  • At least 3 years in an executive or secretarial role within a university or government organization.
  • Skill Proficiency:
  • Strong drafting, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

  • Strong administrative, communication, and drafting abilities.
  • Language Proficiency:
  • Excellent command of English and Urdu (both written and spoken).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital documentation.
